Service Description

How are you? Tired? Frazzled? Busy mind? Need some time to yourself to recharge? Wondering what a difference an hours practice can make.......... well it can totally change the way you feel in your body and mind. This is an hour of unwinding; stress, tension, and always being someone doing something. We move through a series of gentle movements, releasing tension through shaking, breath-work and meditation and end with a restorative posture. This really allows the body to reset, to come into a calmer state and feel nourished and cared for. Suitable for everyone. My intention is to hold the space in a trauma sensitive, and inclusive way. Her classes allowed me to completely reset - she approached the practice through her warm and calm demeanour, taking us through gentle poses and breathing exercises, while she made use of sound and soothing themes for each class. Tammy's classes were something I came to truly look forward to every week - they're genuinely blissful and I felt she carved a space for people to feel incredibly comfortable to relax and release.
