
One-to-One Therapeutic Yoga Sessions
I am a qualified yoga therapist and offer one-to-one sessions in person or on Zoom. In these sessions, I provide a confidential, compassionate and trauma sensitive space where together we’ll explore yoga practices, such as movement, breathwork and mindfulness as well discussing lifestyle and yoga philosopy to support you with any challenges you might be experiencing with your physical, mental and emotional health.

Each session is tailored to you and you will be given a practice to take home, so you can be active in your own wellbeing and empowered by the changes that it will bring.

These are some challenges I could support you with:

* Regulating stress and anxiety to bring greater emotional balance
* Struggling with back, shoulder and neck pain, or any postural issues
* Working through emotional difficulties
* Supporting recovery from illness
* Finding relief from chronic health conditions
* Having difficulty with sleep
* Feeling physically limited, emotionally drained, or simply need a space to breathe
* Starting a home practice tailored to your abilities, free time, and preferences
* Cultivating a kind connection with yourself with self-compassion and empowerment
* Trying out yoga if group classes are too challenging or triggering

You don’t need any previous yoga experience to benefit from yoga therapy. Everything is adapted to meet you where you are, and can be done seated, standing or lying down.

I hold these spaces at yoga studios in either Brighton or Hove and have current availability on Mondays, Thursday mornings and Fridays. You can book a single session or I also offer block bookings - get in touch for details of these.

Each session is £60 per hour, or £210 for 4 sessions. I have a couple of lower-cost sessions, please get in touch if you would like to access these.
