Service Description
This is a community class with a therapeutic approach to bring balance to body and mind. Mindful - Grounding - Playful. Join me for an hour of unwinding through mindful movement, breathwork and restorative postures. These practices cultivate a feeling of spaciousness and calm in body and mind. My approach is friendly, playful and joyful, with an emphasis on kindly awareness of our bodies as they are in the moment. My intention is for you to leave the practice feeling lighter in body and mind, and for this to resonate throughout the rest of your day. Her classes allowed me to completely reset - she approached the practice through her warm and calm demeanour, taking us through gentle poses and breathing exercises, while she made use of sound and soothing themes for each class.
