One-to-One Yoga Sessions
I offer therapeutic one-to-one sessions either in person (either in a local studio or at your home. These provide a confidential and compassionate space for you to develop your practice suited to your needs. This could be for a number of reasons:
🌼 Starting a home practice tailored to your abilities, free time, and preferences
🌼 Help reduce stress and bring greater emotional balance
🌼 Working with emotional difficulties
🌼 Recovery from illness
🌼 Creating the conditions for meaningful change, and bringing your deeper intentions into your daily life
🌼 Building resilience, self-compassion, and tolerance, if group classes are too challenging or triggering.
