One-to-One Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

I offer therapeutic one-to-one sessions in person or on Zoom. These provide a confidential and compassionate space to explore how the tools of yoga can support you. This could be for many reasons:
* Regulating stress and anxiety to bring greater emotional balance
* Work through emotional difficulties
* Support recovery from illness
* Find relief from chronic health conditions
* To start a home practice tailored to your abilities, free time, and preferences
* Cultivate a kind connection with yourself with self-compassion and empowerment
* Try out yoga if group classes are too challenging or triggering

I have current availability on Mondays, Thursday mornings and Fridays. You can book a single session or I also offer block bookings - get in touch for details of these.
