Kind Heart Yoga with Tammy

Thank you to the practice of yoga for transforming my life. I now offer my sharings through "Kind Heart Yoga with Tammy."
I've been teaching for 7 years, with a firm foundation in Vajrasati yoga, which I love, and I will always proudly call myself part of this community.
I've packed a lot more training in the last few years, many CPDs, and 700-hour yoga therapy training (almost finished), so there has been a natural gravitation towards offering therapeutic yoga.
I offer classes in many settings including a local mental health wellbeing hub, therapeutic classes through Brighton Natural Health Foundation, gentle stress relief classes and restorative workshops at About Balance, and now have a growing offering of yoga therapy one-to-ones.
So I move into Kind Heart Yoga - it communicates my intention to always share with kindness and compassion and to continue my path to deepen into this. As part of this, I will be offering a free monthly resource, which includes practices and inspiration.
I'm excited to see where this exploration takes me, and I am looking forward to growing a kind heart community, and I hope you will be part of it.

The emphasis on kindness and creating a welcoming space really stands out, especially because yoga can sometimes feel intimidating for people who are new or returning after a long break. The reminder that practice is about awareness rather than perfection is valuable and applies beyond the mat. Small daily rituals that encourage calm and self-compassion can have a lasting impact, much like the mindful approach shared here. I also appreciate the connection between wellbeing and thoughtful living reflected by Mauria Madu.
