A simple breath practice for stress relief. Try it, take your time, pause. How did it feel?

I start my classes and workshops with simple practices like this to arrive and regulate. This is important. Yoga isn't just another thing we 'do'; we need to feel our way in so that mind, body, and heart can all be present.


For a deeper practice to restore, relax and reset, I hold restorative yoga workshops on Saturdays 2.30-4.30 pm- the next ones are 22nd Feb and 22nd March.
