Opening the heart - 4 week explorative meditation course with Tammy

Want to feel more connected with yourself, with others and the world? If yes, then come and explore meditation practices to open the heart. Love is not dependent on certain circumstances and through these practices we can cultivate love as a natural dwelling place of the heart.

In this four week course we will explore the brahma viharas practices, loving kindness, compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity. Each week will include gentle movement, explanation of the theme, and a series of meditation practices. There will be opportunities for discussion and questions throughout the course and you will become part of a growing community of practitioners.
