Why do I teach yoga for stress relief?

Because we live in a complex busy world, with many expectations on us. This has led to many people having lost the connection to themselves and living in high-alert stress states. I love this practice as it really allows a softening into being. Moving towards being kinder and gentler with our body and mind. We explore practices, creatively and playfully, through grounding, movement, sounds (inner and outer), meditation, shaking, talking to our unconscious, and stillness. I witness the difference in people when they arrive in class wired and disconnected and then leave much more present and relaxed. Hope you can come and try.
