Hello friends,
As the year comes to an end I want to thank each and every one of you for coming to practice this year. Yoga classes have taken a hit over this strange time, so whether you've joined me in the studio, on zoom or outdoors, thank you for allowing me to share the thing I love, but most importantly for keeping up your own practice. I hope you have a restful end of year and may 2021 bring new opportunties and energy for us all.

A recent interview with John Kabat-Zinn, a wonderful teacher. I really recommend watching.
A poem by Mary Standing Otter - I was really moved by this, especially at a time like this when we can feel more isolated - this is a great reminder that we are not separate but we are part of the Web of Life.
My class timetable is below - I will be taking a break from 23rd December to the 4th January.
