It will explore yoga postures (some restorative, some stronger), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation with yoga philosophy woven throughout. Practising outdoors brings the added depths of practicing within nature and grounding on the earth.
Bring your Mat, block if you have one, cushion, blanket, and water.
